Trevor is the last player to qualify in the year-end event, two alternates have also been called
All spots in the Year-End event has been completely filled. During the weekend, Christy and Trevor have been announced as the final two players to qualify for the event. Eight qualifier Trevor made the cut, after delivering a fine season overall, defeating Sir Relkinstein in a couple of occasions in Tennis and had shown good season performances across other sports.
Both Christy and Trevor can now proceed into the Year-End event, joining the big names, Mr B.F.F, Quintin, Miguel, S. Gameboy, Surrey and others qualified. The qualification stage was not easy at all, organizers scouted across many media channels to see who would make it into the Year-End event with plenty of questions and applications rolling.
“Thank you all so much for sending in your submissions. While we wanted some fresh, known and even some fierce players we wanted to recruit since some were not available, we had seen all of your hard work during this season and we’ve successfully green lighted only eight of the best players. Let’s see how well this event goes to see who will dominate the field.”
With that in mind, applications are now closed. If any players are unavailable, there are two alternates set to participate. Jack Cookie will serve as first alternate while Trainer will take the second alternate slot. If more additional players are needed, we return to the queue to see who’s open.
This is a virtual/online event. Whoever is hailed as champion in this event will receive their ranking points and earn a virtual trophy with their Mii posting in front of it. In addition, it will also be customized with a business card that will be sent to them and is created by the Photo Prints Channel.
With all eight players qualified, organizers can now proceed in creating the draw. Expect them to be developed over this weekend and play does not start until Thursday, November 16th. This is the inaugural event and most likely the only event to take place to honor the upcoming closure of the Online Servers.
The event is scheduled for Mid-Late November-December 2023 virtually online.
