The Canadian came back from losing a set to win the title
Mr B.F.F was extremely shaken by the close victory after pulling off an amazing comeback against Quintin in the Year-End Final Championship match after being a set down in the first game and he would storm back to level the match. The two finalists had played earlier in their dead rubber final Round Robin match for their group. Mr B.F.F prevailed out in straight sets to play undefeated.
They have both qualified for the final after winning in their respective semifinals. During the match, after a clumsy set for Mr B.F.F, he was challenged by Quintin’s dominance early on, and that he overcame to start winning. In the third set, Mr B.F.F was fighting hard until a hard miss helped Quintin set up two championship points at 4-6. He recovered the point with the ball going out, before Mr B.F.F playing the drop shot to force a deuce in the third.
Mr B.F.F reached a Championship Point himself where he claimed the victory and the title. He successfully won the tournament, undefeated where he will claim the biggest prize and ranking points payout of 2,000 points, a Trophy, and a Custom Image to be developed by the Photo Prints Collection.
Quintin was close to becoming the WSC Year-End Champion himself and he would have beaten Mr B.F.F in a rematch to make him a defeated player. He would have also held the most ranking points by the end of the tournament. Quintin walks home with 800 points, the least he can finish with.
